The simple key to this whole problem is Self Discipline. You see it won't matter how many programs you purchase, or who they come from - if you cannot self discipline yourself into committing 100 percent to them - you will fail.

Self control, self discipline - they are one in the same. If you want to shed a few pounds you must discipline yourself so you will achieve your desired results. When you are self disciplined you are accountable for your actions. And when you are accountable for your actions this is when you really will start to appreciate just how far you can go to attain the results you want.

Self discipline is very difficult yet is achiveable - this is why so many fail when they try to lose weight. It takes a lot of effort to master this - but when you do master it the feeling is unbelievable - and it will inspire you to take this into every other aspect of your life.
